The name Sila Rising reflects what I believe therapy is truly about — a space where you can rise above what's holding you back and step into your own strength. "Sila" (see-luh) means empowered, and through our work together, my goal is to help you feel more confident, self-aware, and in control of your journey.

I draw from behavioral, humanistic, and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to help clients gain clarity and move forward. My top specialties include anxiety and depression, as well as mood, and personality disorders. I also work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, or suicidal ideation.My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, humanistic, and client-centered modalities.I focus on helping you build self-esteem, boost confidence, strengthen resilience, improve communication, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance emotional regulation and intelligence.My therapy style is direct and “tough love” in the best way — I ask questions that challenge your thinking, spark self-reflection, and increase awareness. The goal? To help you reduce anxiety, feel more grounded, and step into your power.
